Shipping & Delivery

All Yoraku orders are dispatched by Aviva International from New Delhi, India.

Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery: Pan-India delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
Charges: Shipping is free on prepaid orders over ₹2,999; standard rates are shown at checkout otherwise.
Cash on Delivery: Available across most serviceable pincodes.

Delays

Occasionally couriers, weather or regional restrictions may delay delivery. If your order has not moved for 7 or more days, please write to us and we'll investigate.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Orders returned to us due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.
