Returns & Exchanges

Yoraku is a brand operated by Aviva International. We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, stains, odour or alteration.
Items bought on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at avivainternational05@gmail.com with your order number and reason within 7 days of delivery. Our team will share the return address and pickup details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or design? Raise an exchange request within 7 days and we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received, subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping for size or preference changes may be borne by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, Aviva International covers all shipping costs.
